Stroke School ages 3 to 5  Youth ages 6 to 14   Teen/Adult age 15 +

Swimmers of all ages can attend Stroke School once they have achieved the safety and swimming skill benchmarks for Swim School. 

Swimmers will develop effective technique and endurance for freestyle, backstroke, butterfly and breaststroke.
