DOES THE SWIMMER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS (MENTAL/PHYSICAL) OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS THAT WE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF TO ASSIST US IN KNOWING AND UNDERSTANDING THE SWIMMER?
Lessons are billed monthly, in advance and payable on or before the first of each month. Payment is still due if the swimmer misses classes due to illness or away on holiday etc as their place in the class is reserved for them. One calendar month WRITTEN notice via e-mail or per hand is required when leaving – No WhatsApp or voice note messages will be considered as notice. Notice MAY NOT be given in November or December of a given year. • Group and Private lessons: Refer to the Fees schedule. • A non-refundable annual registration fee of R200 (or R300 per family) is payable at the beginning of February each year. Parents are not required to supply the swimmer with any swimming aids as these will be supplied and covered by the registration fee. Payment can be made via EFT or Debit Order. A R30 penalty will be charge for late payments. If fees are outstanding, swimmers will not be allowed to participate in lessons.
